Delegated subjects (SD): any legal entity that assumes the delegation of obtaining energy savings from the obliged subjects, that is, that acts as a representative of the companies.
End customers: any person, company (public or private), including any community of neighbours that can carry out an energy efficiency project and that will be financially compensated by the obliged subjects and/or delegates.
Energy Savings Verifier: will be part of the National Accreditation Entity and will verify that the documentation submitted by the required companies or their delegates to obtain certificates is in accordance with the regulations.

How is the CAE issued step by step?
It is very easy. All that is required is the signature of the CAE Agreement between the obliged party or delegate and whoever plans to carry out or has carried out the final investment, by which the energy savings obtained are transferred in exchange for a consideration.
