How to send videos by email?

Adding a video to your email has many benefits, such as high view rates and improved deliverability. Additionally, it can increase ROI and decrease unsubscribe rates, resulting in increased sales.
Viewed is the only platform in the world that allows you to embed an autoplay video in your email marketing campaign in an easy, fast and cross-device compatible way.
In this tutorial you will learn how to easily create, configure and send an email marketing campaign with autoplay videos.
1. Log in to your Viewed account
Access your account from our platform ck on the Login button in the top right menu.

If you don't have a Viewed account yet, create one for FREE . With this account you can host 3 videos per month on our platform with no viewing limit. Learn about all the benefits of your FREE Plan.
Creating your account is very easy, you only list of telegram users in mexico need a corporate email and fill out a short form as shown in the image below.

2. Upload your video file
Viewed sends millions of videos via email every day. We have robust servers in partnership with Amazon and Google Cloud, allowing us to deliver your videos regardless of volume or user traffic.
Let's get to it!
Click the Upload to Video button on the top right.
Upload your video to your email
The first time you upload your video, we will ask you to select the ESP you normally use to send your email marketing campaigns, to ensure that it is compatible with our platform.

Next, fill in the following fields as indicated:
Video Name: This is a name to identify the video in your playlist.
Video file: Select your video file. You can use drag and drop or click to browse for it on your computer. You can also copy a link from YouTube or Vimeo. The maximum size allowed is 120 Mb. with a maximum duration of 32.767 seconds.
Video Width: This is the width in pixels of your video in your HTML template (Maximum 750, we recommend 600).
Finally, click on the green “Upload a video” button and let our platform do its magic.

3. Coffee time!
It's time to grab a cup of coffee. This process will only take a few minutes to get your video ready.
Relax, our system will take care of everything. Viewed will automatically create all the necessary video formats to deliver the best possible experience on all operating systems, devices and browsers.

In this " Share video " section you will see the different options you have to embed your video within the email.
