1. Why is it important to configure your video display?

Before sending your video email campaign , it's important to take a few minutes to set up your video display within the email.

2. Set up video display in email

2.1. Backup Image Configuration

Click the "Edit" button .
Then use the bar to select the frame and click "Snapshot".
When you're done, don't forget to select "Save changes" to save your changes and continue.

2.2. HQ video email preview
Your users will enjoy a new experience when they receive this high-quality 10-second multimedia file inside an email. We know that 10 seconds may not seem like enough, especially if you have prepared a video with a longer duration, but we have strategically chosen it to capture the attention and pique the interest of your recipients. This video snippet will give them a taste of what they can expect if they decide to interact further. It is an effective way to invite them to visit the landing page or platform where the full video is located, where they can enjoy the full duration and content you have prepared. This way, you can generate greater interaction and engagement with your audience, maximizing the impact of your message in each email.

Also, please note that the video length cannot be extended beyond 10 seconds due to email platform security filters, unless recipients open the email from the Apple Mail app, where our platform will automatically deliver an extended 30-second version.

Click on the "Edit" button of HQ video email preview.
Slide the bar to indicate which 10 seconds of video will be displayed within the email.
When finished, select "Next" .

You will then be directed to a configuration panel for the icons that will appear within your video to create a greater impact.

Timestamp: Displays a time marker to indicate the remaining playback time.
Mute icon: Displays a mute icon over your video. Enabling this option can help increase your click-through rate by persuading your users that the video has sound.
Progress Bar: As the name suggests, this is the bar that marks the progress of the video. You can configure the color in which you want this bar to be displayed.
