It is clear that there is no single application or piece of software that can give a company all the functionality it needs. Companies leverage the set of numerous different applications, each specialized in a specific task, in order to achieve their business objectives. This is where the Technology Stack comes in.
A Tech Stack is the collection of tools, platforms, applications, and software pieces that a company uses to build its products, conduct its business operations, and monitor performance indicators. It is a list of all the technology services used to build and run a single application, and may also include coding languages.

How to build a Technology Stack?
1. Audit your Technology Stack
You need to know what tools are currently being used in your company, see how they work and what they are contributing, and once you have analyzed all this, consider adding new tools to your teams.
2. Are there any shortcomings?
Look around your company and identify gaps in your employees' needs in advance. You already have applications that cover many of your teams' needs, but overall, do you notice that these applications do not have everything that is required? Then you should consider purchasing new, more functional applications.
This is a preliminary process, you will identify the deficiencies just by looking at it in a general way.
3. Find out your team's needs through surveys
It is important to talk to your team members to find out what problems they encounter in their daily activities or what they think could be simplified.
