You wonder how much a website costs. When you search for information on this topic, you come across huge differences in prices. You already know that the cost of a website is based mainly on its content and external elements necessary for its proper functioning. So let's move on to the process of creating a website.

The offers related to building websites can make your head spin... Most of them come from two sources: agencies and freelancers. Each solution has its pros and cons, and choosing the right service is up to you.

Agency
This is definitely a more expensive solution. The service of creating a website in a proven agency will absorb a lot of money. Renowned companies offer website creation services , starting from several thousand zlotys, and their upper limit can even reach several dozen thousand depending on the type of website. Why such high costs? First of all, they result from the complexity of the service. When deciding on a website in an agency, you can be sure that a team of experienced and competent specialists (programmers, graphic designers, copywriters, SEO specialists) will work on the project. Such a team guarantees that your new website will be refined in every inch. In this case, you will pay for the work of people who will contribute to the creation of a ready-made product, adapted to both technical and functional requirements. The entire process of creating websites in the agency will be consulted with you, and the company will provide professional advice and support at every stage of the work. You will also certainly receive a guarantee that will allow you to get free help in the event of problems with the website.

Freelancer
There are many freelancers on the market who offer to create websites. Their offers can most often be found on various advertising portals. They tempt primarily with a very attractive price. It is because of the reduced costs that many people decide to entrust the creation of a website to a freelancer. So if you have a limited budget or simply want to save money, you can decide on this type of service.

At this point, the question arises: if it is much cheaper to use the help of a "freelancer", then why overpay at an agency? When choosing a freelancer, you have no way of verifying who they really are and what skills they have. It is obvious that such activity is a way for good specialists to earn money, but it happens that random people who know the subject only superficially are behind the creation of websites, and the cheap "creation" that is the result of their work turns out to be a total disaster in the end. I am absolutely not throwing all freelancers into one bag here, but if someone offers comprehensive creation of a website for a price of several hundred zlotys, then the proverbial warning light should go off.

Another argument in favor of agency services is responsibility office 365 database for your work. As I mentioned above, if an agency takes care of your website, you will probably receive full technical support, expert advice and a guarantee. In the case of a freelancer, contact may break off after the transfer is made, and in the event of problems with the website, you will be unable to enforce practically anything.

If you come across an honest and professional person who can boast a rich portfolio and whose opinions are positive, then it may turn out that a website created by them will cost you slightly less than one from an agency...

Do it yourself
Are you looking for information on how much a website costs and are terrified by the market prices? You can always try to create one yourself! In fact, even a layman can create a simple website. We are talking about a blog or a business card based on a ready-made template that only requires entering content. More complex projects will require at least basic knowledge of programming or SEO. You can usually create such websites for free, but you have to reckon with significant limitations, such as the inability to use an individual domain or the inability to modify the template. If you are thinking about a professional website, the costs associated with improving and maintaining it will not escape you, even if you are able to do it yourself.

Your website can be functional and useful at the same time, but you have to be very committed to deepening and acquiring professional knowledge. Without this, it will be difficult to create a website that satisfies you and your users, as well as is Google-friendly.

How much does it cost to make a website - examples
It is practically impossible to clearly define the costs of creating a website. Service providers do provide price lists, but firstly, the amounts are always given in the "from - to" range, and secondly - they reserve the right to change prices depending on the scope of work and customer expectations.

Analyzing current offers, I will attempt to present the approximate costs of creating a website, depending on its type.

NOTE The prices given are approximate and should not be considered as guidelines when looking for a website contractor!

Business card
A business card is a simple website (usually a company website) with a maximum of a few subpages, providing information about the type of business and services provided. Depending on your preferences, it may also include a blog. The cost of a business card ranges from a thousand to several thousand złoty.

One Page
This type of page does not contain subpages. All information is contained on one page. One Pages are used to present a company, a given product, or an event. Such a page costs from several hundred to several thousand zlotys.

Landing Page
Landing Pages are used to promote or directly sell a product or service. When choosing this type of page, you must expect costs ranging from PLN 500 to as much as PLN 2-3 thousand.

Company Page
Websites designed for companies are more complex than those listed so far. This is the most popular type of www pages. They consist of many tabs, solutions supporting positioning , useful modules and other elements. For such a complex website you will pay from 2-3 to even 5-6 thousand zlotys.

Internet shop
A store is a unique type of website, designed to sell products, and less often services. Online stores have many common elements: a category tree, a shopping cart, payment modules. They can also contain non-standard elements designed to encourage the user to make a purchase. You can have the simplest store for around PLN 2,000, but to make it fully functional and secure, you need to add a few thousand PLN. It is worth adding that exclusive sales websites can cost even several dozen thousand PLN.
