You've managed to convince a client. Great! Now the real project planning begins. Checking all available resources can be tricky, but not if you can consolidate all your employees' schedules into one, and you can choose who to delegate which tasks to based on their workflow and availability.

Make the most of your resources: allow enough time to plan tasks, make sure you can easily track them, and calculate how much time each task would take. It's also common now to work with freelancers or have employees who work laos telegram mobile phone number list from home, so make sure you know their schedule and availability too.

While planning is essential, the human aspect of project management should not be neglected. Bert Pieters, founder of
Dift
, a well-known and experienced creative agency in Europe, organizes a daily meeting to encourage its employees to talk to each other:

“Every morning at 10, we start with a meeting. We meet for 10 minutes to go over the work schedule. Since we have streamlined our processes, our meetings have become shorter and now we only have to talk about the fun and creative part. By having these daily meetings, we try to keep a strong human connection in our processes.”

3. Don't try to put a price on creativity
An advertising campaign is made up of many different factors: graphic design, web development, photography, and many others. You can set a price for some of these elements (based on the time spent developing the structure of a website, for example), but others are not so easy to budget. For example, it is difficult to predict how long it will take to develop a new logo or a new corporate identity. You cannot anticipate: “I need so many hours to come up with a creative idea.”

To give you peace of mind and to keep your project under control, keep track of how much time you spend on the project, despite working on a fixed price, to make sure you're not charging too much or too little. At the end of the day, when the project is finished, it's time to issue a proper invoice that reflects a realistic view of resources and costs. It should allow you to remain profitable and deliver excellent marketing tools to your clients.
