There are dozens of social networks. If not more. I'm sure I don't know them all. But today, we're going to focus on the most important ones in terms of traffic. Because after all, it's also important to be present on a platform that works, right?

The unbeatable Facebook
With 2 million unique users worldwide per month , Facebook israel whatsapp number data is the most general social network and the most diverse audience! At the beginning of the year, Mark Zuckerberg's announcement set the web on fire. The algorithm was going to change to favor content from friends and family. It was said that it was the end for businesses, that you would have to dig into your wallet to still have a little visibility. It must be said that the advertising offered by Facebook is a very, very powerful tool if it is used well ! So, sometimes, it is worth spending a little money.

I wasn't afraid of this algorithm. After all, what's the point of Facebook? To create a conversation with its community . It therefore seems absolutely logical to me to offer quality and engaging content , with good photos, videos, articles (from you or elsewhere) to your subscribers. The like is easy but it's not everything. Having interactions is the most important thing. Company pages may have gotten a little lost along the way. But rest assured, having communication focused on people will not hurt your business !

Despite what people may say, natural reach (i.e. not paid for by advertising) is still good. I manage the page of SYKE Prod , my partner's project. Even if we still have few subscribers, our publications still have a good reach (proportionally to our number of subscribers). For example, last week one of our publications was seen by more than 400 people, or 4 times our number of subscribers. Not bad, right? Which shows that Facebook is not dead yet. So don't put it aside. Not right away.

I know, again, it seems logical. But many people don’t make this effort. And it’s not good for your business. Taking the time to respond to your followers will make your social networks more human . And most importantly, it will increase your conversion rate. If you never respond to your community, why will they take the time to comment on your posts again? Social networks are a give and take!

Don't neglect negative messages either (those that are constructive at least). These messages also deserve a response. Exchanging with your community will allow you to question yourself and therefore improve. Don't be afraid of dialogue. Good communication can't only go in one direction. It must be transversal!
