We are a group of independent freight forwarding companies and operate worldwide. The ALT Systems Group of Companies began its operations in the Northern Capital in 2003 as a small logistics company providing services for handling clients' cargo passing through the terminals of stevedoring companies of the Sea Port of St. Petersburg, the so-called intra-port clearance. For the Russian part of the business, the key task was to increase sales efficiency, for this we implemented a CRM system. During the implementation process, we came to the understanding that we needed careful accounting and control of all customer calls. And the integration of the CRM system with telephony helped us with this.
