What's new from HubSpot at INBOUND 2022

We're back! On September 7, 8, and 9, HubSpot 's Inbound event took place , where leaders from different parts of the world meet annually to talk about marketing, sales, and everything related to improving the relationship between companies and their customers. These were very enriching days, with many talks, learnings, and moments of connection with the HubSpot team, other partners, and some clients.

This year, the event focused on the "disconnection crisis" that the world finds itself in, where companies increasingly have more problems staying list of belarus consumer email connected, both with their prospects and clients, as well as with the technology and processes with which they operate. That's why this year's HubSpot news is based on solving this problem , and proposes some changes to the platform , which, although some may sound simple, will have a great impact on the way we work.

Marketing Hub
WhatsApp Integration: It's here! You can now connect a WhatsApp business account to your team inbox to better communicate with prospects and customers. And to make sure you never miss a thing, all conversations will be saved in the contact's activity. (Available for Marketing and Service Hub Pro & Enterprise)


Campaigns 2.0: This update gives us the opportunity to collaborate with the entire team to make our campaigns a success, from commenting on elements, setting budgets, comparing performance and much more. We will have more complete and accurate information about our efforts and their impact.

Buyer's Journey Analytics: One of my favorite updates is this one, as we will have full visibility of the entire journey a user made from the first contact until they finished their process. With this, we will be able to optimize the most valuable points and improve conversion. (Available for Marketing Hub Enterprise)


Ad Conversion Events: By the end of this year, we'll be able to set up these events for our paid campaigns, which will help us better target and optimize our efforts based on the insights we collect.



Sales & Service Hub:
Custom Goals: It is now possible to define sales goals for your business, which will give you better reporting and greater transparency for your team. (Available for Sales & Service Hub Enterprise)


Deal Management: Proper management of our deals is key to our performance, so we need to add improvements in goal setting, team goals, and forecasts for representatives.


Sales Dashboard Card Settings: When reviewing deals in the Sales Dashboard, we will now be able to choose four properties that we consider most valuable to us, in order to have them in view, even specific by stage. (Available for Pro & Enterprise)

Operations Hub
Product Synchronization: This feature will allow you to connect external applications (more than 20) to synchronize information about our product library in a bidirectional manner. (Available for Operations Hub Free & Starter)


Quote Sync: Similar to the previous update, this update will allow you to sync your quotes from other external applications, such as Quickbooks, Dynamics 365, etc. This way, you can have more clarity on the revenue that your marketing and sales strategies are generating.


Data Quality: A dashboard with reports will be available to monitor the quality of our databases, and identify areas of opportunity in terms of format, properties, etc., to take action. (Available for Operations Hub Pro & Enterprise)

In addition, we will be able to have greater control from the outset, by being able to configure validations in the properties that allow us to have the most standardized and clean information from the moment we load contacts.


Automation Recommendations: Similar to the previous update, with this, HubSpot will continuously review your database and make recommendations, through Artificial Intelligence, to improve its quality. This will save time
