The ' Digital Congrezz ' will be held during Futurizz , which will bring together world-class speakers with presentations and round tables on digital transformation, the connected consumer, mobility, e-commerce, social media, Big Data and the Internet of Things.

Alongside MDirector professionals, executives from other leading digital companies such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Change.org will participate. MDirector's contribution will be two presentations by David Olivares, Corporate General Manager and Ana Moreno, International Marketing Director.

David Olivares ' presentation , entitled " Cross, Omni, Multi-Channel? Where do I start? " will try to analyze what each of these options is, what the starting point should be and what steps to take to take advantage of each of them.

David will focus his analysis on technology, "since along the way we must build services that allow us to keep the customer at the centre of our proposal."
