Step by step to access the Verifica system

The access route is as follows:
1- We enter the Renta portal and click on the " Check refund" icon . It will then ask us for the identification system we are going to use.
2.- In " File Details " we will see the following message:
Your declaration has incidents that must be verified and that mean that the amount to be refunded could be less than that requested by you. If you wish to resolve your incidents and anticipate the refund, you can access the “ VERIFICA ” service
(Self-correction of declarations) in the “Available services” section.
3.- Once we enter VERIFY, the canada whatsapp shopping data application will show us the amount we are requesting to return and the amount calculated by the administration.
4.- If we want to proceed with the correction without waiting for the Treasury to request it, we must collect the provisional liquidation proposal.
5- Once we have the settlement proposal, we can accept it, if we believe it is correct, or present objections if we wish to corroborate our data.
In short, this system allows the taxpayer to be aware of and interact in the management of their processing , correcting errors or entering data that may have been omitted by mistake.
This avoids having to wait to receive a notification by letter and reply to it, with the delay that this entails in the procedure.
Until now, it was only possible to access the status of the refund, but not to rectify or add anything to what had already been submitted, except through an ordinary written document.
