The importance of being a young entrepreneur at SquadS Ventures
Being a young entrepreneur at SquadS Ventures is not just a label, it is a transformative experience. Here, the key word is learning . Below, I share with you three key things I have learned on this journey:

The difference between learning alone and learning as a team.

The importance of building a strong personal brand.

The learning methodology based on three pillars.

These elements not only define our daily experience, but also prepare us canadian healthcare and medical email list to face real-world challenges. Let’s dive deeper into each of them to better understand how they impact our growth as entrepreneurs.

Learning as a team vs. learning alone
The first thing I've learned is the difference between learning on your own and joining a company where there are already people with a lot of experience who accompany you in the process. At SquadS, you are not alone; there is always someone willing to help you, share their knowledge and guide you along the way.

As an engineer, I have always been focused on processes and results, but at SquadS I have discovered that building a strong personal brand is key to leveraging the company. Here, building in public and sharing our learnings are an essential part of everyday life.

SquadS Ventures' learning methodology
At SquadS, we apply a learning methodology that is broken down into three pillars:

70% Learning by doing: Practice is key. Here, we get our hands dirty and learn from our own mistakes and successes.
