Vtiger Named a Niche Player in Gartner Magic 2024 Quadrant for SFA

We are excited to announce that Gartner has recognized Vtiger as one of 13 vendors in the 2024 Salesforce Automation (SFA) Magic Quadrant!
This achievement highlights our commitment to innovation and excellence in sales force automation, as we have reduced our vendor count from 19 to 13 over the past six years.
This inclusion is part of a broader Gartner assessment special database framework that categorizes vendors based on their ability to execute and deliver on their vision across various technology markets, including sales force automation. The recognition is intended to guide organizations in selecting effective SFA solutions to improve their sales process and customer relationship management efforts.
The selection process included a rigorous Request for Information (RFI) with 194 questions, heavily focused on AI-based features. This selection is a collaborative effort across all departments, including engineering, quality assurance, operations, product management, sales, marketing, support, and customer success.

Prompt Builder : Calculus AI Prompt Builder allows CRM administrators to create custom AI prompts that enhance Calculus AI's ability to generate personalized responses based on specified data attributes and instructions. Each prompt contains instructions and core CRM data.
Ask Calculus AI : The Ask Calculus AI feature allows users to interact directly with Calculus AI using commands. This facilitates decision making with easy access to information, saves time by creating records and reports from natural language queries, and provides deal summaries in seconds.
Bot Management : Bot Management in Calculus AI ensures that bots are effectively handling customer queries and escalating complex issues to agents, customizing and refining bot responses to deliver consistent and accurate results that meet customer expectations, and providing insights and information about bot queries, including the status of accepted, pending, unscored, and new FAQs.
Layout Designer : Vtiger Layout Designer allows you to easily customize module layouts using drag and drop functionality. This allows you to organize data to meet the specific needs of different users and improve your CRM experience.
