Why transform agile?

Agile transformation is inevitable for every organization. The question is not whether it will come your way, but when. Will every team start scrumming? Will we all implement SAFe? No.


Agile transformation is not about squads and chapters or post-its. Agile is a tool to help customers better, deliver more value, make better products. And to do that faster and more flexibly, an agile transformation is needed.

If you are going to work on an agile transformation within your organization, there is a chance that you have not done this very often. And then it is nice to have a book that takes you step by step through the why, the what, but certainly also the how of agile transformation. Four employees of Prowareness WeOn have joined forces and translated their experiences at client organizations into a practical manual: Agile Transformation (aff.). 3. Communicate the urgency
In order to create change, people must not only understand the need, but also truly feel it. So name the threat to the organization, but also the ideal situation you envision. Repeat this message and make it come alive in the organization.
