Application for declaration of a dependent company or one that is part of the value chain before the Labor Authority that issued the express or tacit resolution of the extended ERTE.

The decision of the labour authority will be issued within five days from the submission of the application, after requesting a report from the Labour and Social Security Inspection. The application is considered approved in the event of administrative silence.
The IT report, which must be issued within a non-extendable period of five days, is limited to confirming the company's status as a member of the value chain or as indirectly dependent.
Before the workers and the legal representation of the workers
Communicate the request for declaration of a dependent company or one that is part of the value chain and forward the report submitted to the Labor Authority and the supporting documentation, if any, to the workers' representatives.
Before the SEPEE:
Communicate, prior to the collective request of the workers, through the periods of activity, the days worked in the month of September via Certific@.
Submit a new collective application for unemployment benefits before 10/20/2020.
