If you want to transfer data from your CRM to Calltouch that contains both the transaction amount and its marginality, then this update will be useful for you.
What did we do? We added the ability to integrate transaction marginality data as a conversion value.
How to set it up? In the Yandex.Metrica integration settings, in the "Offline conversion transfer settings" block, in the deal events, you can specify what exactly to transfer as the deal value: the amount or the marginality.

Data exchange
Now you can transfer data from Calltouch to Infoklinika at the end of each call. What can be transferred:
The client's phone number from which he made the call.
Date, time and duration of the call.
Source of the call.
The channel from which the call came.
Keyword.
Utm tags.
Google Client ID and Yandex Client ID.
For example, a visitor saw contextual advertising on the site and called you. After the call is over, Calltouch will automatically transfer all the necessary data about the event and the client to the MIS.
Conversely, data on appointments and previously created calls from Infoklinika can be transferred to Calltouch,

Refinement of the time zone setting
If you have multiple offices in cities that live in different time zones, this update is for you, friends.
Previously, when setting the time on the main portal, Infoklinika made the same setting on all other sites.
Now you can set up different time zone settings depending on your location. In short, the way you like. For example, if it's 11:00 in Moscow, then the correct time will be set in Vladivostok - 18:00.
No additional configuration is required. Everything works now.
Tagging transactions by branch names
Now deals can be tagged by departments. This is convenient if it is important for you to do analytics for each of the departments - you will be able to view individual reports and reconfigure the advertising campaign more precisely.
To add tagging of transactions by departments, you need to enable the option in the integration settings with Infoklinika.

Gluing deals to leads
Now you can supplement the data on deal sources by gluing leads in the integration settings with Infoklinika.
How does it work? Infoklinika sends information about the lead associated with the deal to Calltouch based on algorithms inside Infoklinika. And vice versa, Calltouch can perform its own gluing of deals with suitable leads based on its algorithms.
You can use one of the gluing options or both at once. If you simultaneously select gluing according to Infoklinika data and gluing on the Calltouch side, Calltouch will find a suitable lead and merge it with the deal only among those deals for which Infoklinika did not provide data for gluing. In short, we will restore order.
